Quick checks for common app and login problems.
Before Reporting A Problem
Try these quick checks:
- refresh the page,
- open a normal browser window instead of a private one that is already in use,
- confirm the app hostname is correct,
- and sign out and back in if the page looks half-authenticated.
Common Symptoms
Bad Gateway
This usually means the proxy cannot reach the backend service. It is generally an infrastructure issue, not a password issue.
Access Denied
This usually means your account is missing the right group or role.
Redirect Loop
This often means an authentication session is stale or a browser is holding on to old cookies.
When To Escalate
Report the hostname, time, and a short description of what you clicked. That is usually enough to trace the problem quickly.
